The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information regarding financial operations. bbl-burger undertakes to treat the data confidentially and to provide objective analyses, without concealing risks or additional costs.
bbl-burger is not liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the application of recommendations, if the user does not follow the provided methodology or omits relevant data. Total liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
Either party may terminate the use of the platform with a 30-day written notice, sent to the email address info@bbl-burger.com. In case of serious non-compliance, the contract may be terminated immediately.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Any changes will be communicated 15 days before their application, via email or on this page. Continued use implies acceptance of the new conditions.
